Be A Show And Tell Christian

Some will understand a Christian*s words and some will understand his works. A balanced Christian will speak about his faith and he will demonstrate it. Our actions will prove that our words are true. We have all known Christians who were willing to speak of their faith but demonstrations of it were few and far between. And we have all known Christians who demonstrated their faith but seemed tongue-tied when it came to speaking about it. It is easier to lie with words than with works. When we are willing to spend our energy on something, it is more likely that we really believe it. So I trust and enjoy Christians who only do the works more than those who only speak the words.

James 2:18: Yea, a man may say, Thou hast faith, and I have works: shew me thy faith without thy works, and I will shew thee my faith by my works.

1 Peter 2:12: Having your conversation honest among the Gentiles: that, whereas they speak against you as evildoers, they may by your good works, which they shall behold, glorify God in the day of visitation.

Matthew 10:32-33: Whosoever therefore shall confess me before men, him will I confess also before my Father which is in heaven. 33 But whosoever shall deny me before men, him will I also deny before my Father which is in heaven.

1 Peter 3:15: But sanctify the Lord God in your hearts: and be ready always to give an answer to every man that asketh you a reason of the hope that is in you with meekness and fear:
